Description:
Greet students & visitors in a positive, friendly manner; answer basic questions; complete special projects as needed; direct people to appropriate person or department; word processing and data entry, create and utilize spreadsheets; filing, and maintain confidential information.
Must have a general knowledge of SUU campus.
Qualifications:
Enter data of COG travelers; conference planning & preparation, assist the SIEL team with special projects, high skill level in MS office, Google and Adobe; professional communication skills, both written and oral; ability to multitask and manage time effectively; punctual and dependable; work well with others; detail oriented.
Prefer data entry and office experience.
